Lake Union Drydock Company
Since 2023
Advocating for Seattle’s premier 105-year-old maritime shipyard and drydock in the face of growing demands and pressure from commercial and residential growth in South Lake Union.
Coexist Lake Washington
Since 2022
While the City increasingly discourages personal vehicle use, we advocate for people with disabilities, the elderly, people of color, and others who rely on vehicles to get to work, their doctor, shopping, or to access Seattle’s parks.
McKinney Center for Community and Economic Development
Since 2022
Developing governmental and community relationships, raising the visibility and raising capital funding to update, renovate and reopen this critical hub and beacon in the African American community.
Accela
2022
Introduced the government software business to the incoming City of Seattle administration and department heads to present solutions to modernize customer service, security and accountability.
Clean Fuel Legislation
2021
People of color tend to live closer to traffic congestion, airports and disproportionately suffer the health impacts of transportation fuels in the environment. We rallied community leaders to contact key legislators, write letters, blog, and testify in support of HB 1091. This legislation will reduce greenhouse emissions and toxins in the air. The legislation passed and was signed into law in December 2021.
Sound Transit: System Expansion Communications and Outreach
As Sound Transit delivers on the historic $54 billion voter-approved Sound Transit 3 system, we engaged African American, Latinx, and Asian communities to sharpen understanding and support, including:
· Public outreach and civic engagement in multiple languages
· Project awareness in diverse communities
· Proactive government and community relations
· Media relations (ethnic, social, and mainstream)
Salmon Bay Sand and Gravel/ The Burke Gilman Trail
G3 & Associates is working with Seattle’s largest concrete supplier to gain support for a cycle track on Leary Way that would help businesses in the area, instead of a bike path on Shilshole that would force family wage businesses to close and cost Seattle hundreds of working-class jobs.
Goodman Real Estate
For 15 years G3 & Associates has assisted one of the nation’s leading real estate firms, based in Seattle, in negotiating state and local government red tape on major historic renovation projects including the Medical/Dental and Alaska buildings. G3 is supporting Goodman in working with state and local government to find sustainable solutions for managing homeless housing.
RoadOne/Lincoln Towing
We’ve worked with Lincoln Towing, a towing service provider for the City of Seattle, for 18 years. We help them maintain their great relationship and contract with the city, and educate the community about towing issues.
American Life/SoDo Builders
Since 2003 we have worked with the largest landowner in Seattle’s SoDo District on land use issues. Some of those properties include Home Plate Building One that houses King 5 News and Real Networks; Home Plate Building Two; and the 255 King Street Building that includes the new Embassy Suites Hotel and 13 Coins restaurant.
