Government Affairs

G3 & Associates helps you navigate federal, state and city government. Our experience and relationships assure that your voice is heard. We are skilled at working with decision- and policy-makers at all levels of government to get your project moving.

Here are some examples of some of our government affairs projects:

Salmon Bay Sand and Gravel/ The Burke Gilman Trail

Since 2002, G3 has been working with Seattle’s largest concrete supplier to negotiate a compromise that will create a cycle track through Ballard – instead of a path that would impact many businesses int that area. We have helped our client garner support and created a coalition that includes other neighboring businesses, unions, community organizations, resident groups and others.

Beginning in 2018, G3 developed a statewide strategic plan for Oregon and Washington State to help PhRMA educate and empower Communities of Color about existing health issues through fostering partnerships, dissemination of existing program and resources information and utilizing ethnic media.

American Life/SoDo Builders

Since 2003 we have worked with the largest landowner in the SoDo district on land use issues. Some of properties include the Home Plate Building One that houses King 5 News and Real Networks; Home Plate Building Two; and the 255 King Street Building that includes the Embassy Suites Hotel, an 18-floor office building and Thirteen Coins restaurant.

Goodman Real Estate

Over the past 15 years we have worked on various projects helping them in various ways. Including work with issues with the Medical/Dental Building, Alaska Building and various other properties in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. We also helped them on projects in Snohomish and Pierce County.

Lincoln Towing/Roadone Seattle

We work with Lincoln Towing , a local towing service provider for the City of Seattle for the past 35 years, to successfully maintain their contract and to also help them trouble shoot any issues that may come up.
