George Griffin, President & CEO
George Griffin founded G3 & Associates in 2003 in Seattle. The public affairs company specializes in government affairs, community outreach and media relations. George is the driving force behind the strategic planning and direction of all projects. Before starting his own company, George worked for four years at Gogerty Stark Marriott, Inc. as a senior project manager handling government relations for clients. George was deputy chief of staff to Seattle Mayor Norm Rice for three years (1994-97) and spent two years in Washington, D.C., working on local and national housing issues (1997-99). George has served on many boards, including the Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Seattle Association, Central Area Motivational Program, First Place School, Seattle Repertory Theater, Intiman Theater, and the Technology Access Foundation.
Damian Cordova, Outreach Specialist
Damian Cordova has extensive work experience in both the political and international trade sectors as a licensed customs broker, and congressional staff member. In the congressional District Office, Damian handled issues affecting communities of color, and the business community. Prior to his public service career, he was a small business owner, who co-founded an air freight forwarding and customs brokerage firm. Born and raised in Seattle, Damian remains committed to the ideal of community building, and is an active volunteer with numerous youth, cultural, and neighborhood organizations.
Michael Shannon, Outreach Specialist
Michael Shannon has extensive experience developing and managing business initiatives and public affairs programs in both the public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include small business and economic development, human services, public health, education, and finance. Michael has worked as a consultant, and with top elected officials, including in the office of Congressman Jim McDermott. Michael lives in Renton and has a degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
Cassandra Harvey, Information Technology & Project Administration
Cassandra Harvey, Information Technology and Project Administration
Cassandra is a highly skilled administrator and information technology professional. She keeps our projects moving, manages our reports and invoices, and keeps our technology up-to-date. She previously worked in information technology at Seattle Public Utilities. Cassandra is a past board member for Seattle Central Community College and the Alvirita Little Center. She was a longtime committee member for the United Negro College Fund and Festival Sundiata at the Seattle Center.
Kathy Mulady, Communications and Project Manager
Kathy Mulady brings experience in newsrooms, on political campaigns and with nonprofit organizations to G3 & Associates. With more than 20 years experience as a journalist covering business and government, and a decade managing communications for nonprofit organizations, Kathy contributes a critical perspective and understanding to our work. She oversees G3's communications and media relations.
Catherine Rivera, Graphic Designer
Catherine Rivera has 31 years of design experience. She has consulted with public agencies and companies in Washington, California and Florida. She has experience as the designer/art director on projects including branding identity/logos, packaging, folders, brochures, posters, reports, and large banners.
Natacha Flateau, Web + Graphic Designer
Natacha Flateau has been a web and graphic designer for more than 25 years. Her passion is turning visions into reality through branding, marketing, product development and web design. Natacha is the web designer and developer behind G3 & Associates.
Kalila Griffin, Outreach Specialist
Kalila Griffin graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family counseling from Antioch University. She has worked with Seattle nonprofit organizations and in educational environments – private elementary schools and two-year colleges. Her passion is building strong, healthy families and communities through counseling, communication and education.
