G3 works with “a team of associates”, public affairs professionals who assist from time to time on a project. The individuals bring a range of skills and broad-based experience to various projects.

Novelett Cotter

Novelett serves as special assistant to the CEO, providing high-level executive support, assisting with preparation of presentations, briefings and correspondence; prioritizing and responding to emails and managing his calendar, in addition to other day-to-day administrative duties.  She has more than 20 years experience serving as executive assistant, office manager, program manager and event planner with organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Microsoft to name a few.  She possesses strong administrative skills and proficiency with MSWord, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; excellent oral and written communication skills; and extensive experience working with governance, Board and committee members, and establishing organizational systems to improve efficiency.

Victor Andino

Victor has honed his skills as a writer over a 15-year career working at daily newspapers and as a freelance journalist. He has held positions as reporter, copy editor, business editor and assistant metro editor. He prepares media kits, brochures, business profiles, web content, newsletters and advertorial text that helps reach target audiences with the right message. Andino also provides media consultations based on his behind-the-scenes understanding of minority and mainstream media. He does work with ColorsNW magazine, Tabor 100 and others. Andino has worked on several G3 projects.

Sarah Vilaysom

Sarah is a freelance web/graphic designer with over nine years in the high tech industry as a web/graphic designer and developer. She has worked at Microsoft and Intel as well as NetRaker. She has experience in all aspects of web design & development, marketing & communications strategies and special event coordination. She has worked with G3 on a multitude of projects including coordinating all of the graphic design work for the anti-892 campaign (slot machines) in 2004.

Natacha Flateau

Natacha is our Webmaster. She has eight years of experience as a web designer and thirteen years of experience as a graphic designer. She is the owner of Flair Graphic Design (www.flairgd.com). Some of her skills include designing websites, brochures, postcards, software splash screens, HTML emails, logos, manuals, Flash animations, and PowerPoint presentations. She updates the G3 website on a regular basis.
